All our prices are per norm page (except formatting and typesetting), a standard used in Central Europe. A norm page is 1800 characters including spaces. Using this system, it is possible to quote you an exact price regardless of the amount of editing that your document requires.

This is the essential service that prepares your document for publication. It includes corrections for grammar, spelling, and punctuation; editing for readability, accuracy, and comprehension; and checks for capitalization, style adherence, and consistency. We understand that sometimes you are up against a deadline and need a fast turnaround. With this package, we’re willing to drop everything day or night, weekday or weekend to get your writing in tip-top shape within the timeframe you require. *Please note, 24-hours are counted as business days.

Reference Check

References are conformed and made consistent with the required style and citations are cross-referenced to ensure accuracy.

Formatting

€8.30/CZK 200

This includes conforming all manuscript elements to the style and format as per the publisher’s recommendations. The charge is per document page to be more in-line with the nature of the work.

Typesetting (LaTex)

€100/CZK 2400 per hour (min. 4 hours)

An increasing number of our clients are working with LaTex submissions. We can do typesetting for you, again conforming your document to the style and format as per the publisher’s recommendations.

Pre-payments.

Many of our clients require advance payment for our services. To ensure this process runs smoothly, we set up a client-specific account to hold the fee, meaning it remains untouched until the service has been provided. It can easily be returned if desired, and anytime you wish to see an account summary it can be provided.
